A song about erasure and what refuses to be erased — streets change, faces turn cold, but the light holds. The lyric moves between Lazarus and a ring of flowers, between immortality and the brittle reality of driving hail.

Memory as weather — east to west, tears and oceans, the faint residue of something that surrendered to time before either person noticed. The quieter of the two collaborations, and the more haunted.
